The Massage Stuff

“I am passionate about helping others and genuinely care about the well-being of my clients. I believe that massage therapy has something to offer everyone whether it is for the purpose of injury rehabilitation, preventative care or pure indulgence of relaxation. I try to be mindful that clients have a lot of choice in where they can choose to go for massage services and I want to make sure they know that they can trust me to take care of them. I try to keep in mind that the client has likely been looking forward to their massage for days or weeks and my goal is to make that hour they spend with me, the best hour of their week. I set that intention with every massage”.

The Personal Stuff

“I am married to a wonderful man and we have two lovely children.  My husband often jokes that my first love is my career. Although, I am slightly obsessed with all things massage, my family will always come first.  I adore chick flicks. I love to get my nose in a good book and will stay awake all night just to finish it.   My taste in music is very eclectic but I have always had a fondness for country and pop…don’t worry I won’t play it during a treatment…unless it’s requested.  Oh, and if you call me while Suits is on, or lately, the Leafs are playing…prepare to go to voicemail”.

Kristy is currently accepting new clients and welcomes you to try Massage Therapy as an effective healthcare solution.
